Bam Smack Pow! Author Bibliography
From 2024-2025, I worked as a contributor for various sites across the FanSided network, including comic book news site Bam Smack Pow!
My work focused primarily on breaking anime news to help the website build authority and credibility as a source on the latest developments from the Japanese animation industry.

What is a Muppet?
Originally written as an assignment on Expository Writing done while I was a student at Algonquin College’s now-defunct Professional Writing program, this article delivers more information than you ever wanted to know about funny puppets.

RPG Character Writing Seminar

Since 2025, I have been workshopping a… workshop that I really should find another word for.
Ahem.
I’ve been running a seminar guiding participants through several steps to establish an approach to writing better, more memorable RPG characters.
Predicated on the first question I envision the barkeep asking a newcomer to the archetypal Fantasy-genre tavern – “What’s Your Story, Stranger?” – my interactive writing seminar provides participants with a series of interactive question-and-answer lessons to bring a character concept from a series of numbers on a sheet into a fleshed-out, fully-realised person.
I have hosted the “What’s Your Story, Stranger?” seminar in various formats for both online and in-person audiences, including for the LegendHaven convention run by writers’ group LegendFiction.
And some other things I’ve accomplished
To commemorate his having turned Rome from a city of brick to a city of marble, first Roman Emperor Augustus had publicly inscribed in bronze a lengthy list of his accomplishments.

This came to be known as the Res Gestae Divi Augusti — “The Things-Having-Been-Accomplished of the Divine Augustus.”
While not inscribed in bronze by a living god, below you can view my educational and professional history – my own Res Gestae, so to speak:
